GeForce 9600GSO

its not u just move the sliders
go driversettings-system settings-enable driver level overclocking and the move the sliders

r u just trying to get your posts up as your posts are short and generally pretty 100% dumb ass / lame mate? Can you please try not to post utter tripe.

Mate, i very rarely say anything critical here but read his posts, I mean, can i clock my graphics? Does he not know how to use google, this is supposed to be an enthusiast board with SOME knowledge... Its just pure laziness or just a desire to post tripe to get his count up, see his other threads..

Thats true... but I do suggest you google a bit and familiarise with the subject before you start overclocking... otherwise your apt to end up with an unstable overclock or worse.

People are used to a little longer questions with more information...

Grab yourself a copy of GPU-z from:

http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/1363/TechPowerUp_GPU-Z_v0.3.3.html

So you can see what the default clocks, etc. are and monitor temperatures so it doesn't get too warm.

You'll need something like ATI Tool, furmarks or OCCT (with the GPU test) to see if your overclock is stable and use either rivatuner or gainward xpert tool to actually do the overclocking. Xpert tool might be a bit more friendly for a first timer as it shows roughly how safe an overclock is and is easier to navigate, but doesn't have the functionality of rivatuner.

Riva Tuner is a real learning curve process, i first started playing with it back in the Nvidia 6800 AGP days.

Is a great program, the best way to tackle OC'ing with is literally 5-10mhz at a time. ask around on here and see what people are using as safe OC's with stock cooling and then aim for that sort of level. soon as you get any green dots, blocks or crashes drop it down 10-20mhz.

big key thing is always watch the temperatures too :)

Good Luck

Ben
