Geforce 9800GTX +

Its the same chip, just has more Streams (128 compared to the GT's 112), and its got higher clocks, so its a bit faster, as the 9800 GTX+ used to be called the 8800 GTS 512mb (they just shrunk it onto the 55nm process, added an extra SLi connector so you could TRi SLi it gave it a new name, and overclocked it).

Its not worth going to from a GT (if thats what your thinking), as its not much faster, going to a 4870 1gb, or a GTX 260 would be the best, as either of those would be quite a step up compared to the GTX+, and are both on par. :)
