GeForce Experience - What's your experience been?

hahah did it smash your settings and make you say "wtf really?"

It picked up 3 of my games from steam and ignored the others. I tried to manualy add them and it wouldn't have any of it. I gave up and uninstalled it.

The potential is good though and it was beta, so maybe I should have given it more time.

Idea is good. Execution is bad. Currently it's a second rate tweaker with a bad UI and no real numbers to back up the profiles. PC nerds don't really need this type of tool.

Something like this needs to be targeted at the console-to-PC crowd.

- It needs to support more games.
- For each game it needs to display Default Profile. Custom Profile. Current Profile. Nvidia Profile. (with avg fps displayed)
- Need to be able to set a target frame rate. No one wants to target '40 fps' as the Nvidia profiles sometimes do.
- The UI needs to work with a joypad.
- The UI needs to work on a TV from 10 feet away.
- Seamless integration with Steam and Big Picture would be good.

1) Its a BETA
2) It IS aimed at the console to PC crowd/ people who are less technical than us to get good gaming experience.
3) Surely like OC'ing it would be a good baseline to work from?

There seems to be a lot of techy people taking instant offence to it in some attempt to assure the world that they are not a 'noob'.

Makes me chuckle :D

It lists the games that are compatible on the site so I won't complain about that, but it did something much worse to me...

It recommended to turn blur on in TF2
