Keep getting this error, over and over. Tried restarting it, tried restarting PC. Tried uninstalling it and even reinstalling it and still comes up?

I had this happen once. I had to do a complete uninstall and reinstall in safe mode. I also had to use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). I'd try that.
 
I'm hoping you tried a simple uninstall/reboot and reinstall first drivers too, if that doesn't work, then I'd do the above.
