Anyone been using the newly released Geforce Experience, whats it like? Is it worth loading up and using as a guide as to what settings to set for games?

I tried the Beta but it didn't pick half of my Steam library but it could be better now. It is for lazy people who don't like to set their own settings :)

Only games GeForce Experience picks up for me is Borderlands 2 and League of Legends. Optimal for BL2 is everything maxed.

It also monitors GPU drivers.

I've tried it but I've still tweaked things myself as I don't believe its as "optimal" as it seems. I like the layout and the little explanation boxes overlaid onto an image of the particular game though.

It also streams the latest SLI profiles straight to your PC, so essential for SLI users imo.

It's a bit hit and miss with regard to detecting your installed games, but I like the concept of it overall. I decided to keep it and see if it improves...

Think I will load it up and give it a spin. I was just going back through the Anandtech review for the 780 and must have skipped over the section about Geforce Experience.

Sounds like there are going to be some interesting developments for it later on, such as hardware assisted screen capture and remote play of games installed on your PC via their SHIELD console.
