I’m going to put a water block on it so there’s little point spending more on an expensive air cooler that will come straight off.

Yeah but you might find the blower cards are the B grade versions which won't really overclock anyway...

Given its performance and I play at 1440p/165fps that extra bit of performance might not be missed.

Why water cool it in the first place then? The fans on the latests AIB's are really quiet.

I was just hoping it was another short card, not specifically a crap one. There is a market for cards under 280mm, I know because I need one.

Will be waiting until next Christmas for a FE Ti at this rate.

I caved and went for the Palit GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING PRO 11GB OC (not from OCUK) and it arrived Saturday - The gold looks rank but it's quiet and seems to boost well.

I wouldn't mind changing but not a fan of the 2 year warranty on that make in truth and I do like MSI cards, so will have to bite the bullet and wait it out.

The Nvidia RTX 2080 FE has gone up £50 to £799. I just bought mine last week for £749

It's a shame nobody has focused on water physics. When a body dives into the water where the water moves to the force and splashes. It's just a water level all around the body when it moves around.
