This is the first WHQL-certified driver from the R304 family of drivers (304.xx to 306.xx) and the first WHQL-certified GeForce driver to combine support for Windows 8, Windows 7, and Windows Vista into a single driver package.

Release notes:

This is the first WHQL-certified driver from the R304 family of drivers (304.xx to 306.xx) and the first WHQL-certified GeForce driver to combine support for Windows 8, Windows 7, and Windows Vista into a single driver package.

This is the recommended driver for the upcoming blockbuster PC games Borderlands 2 with PhysX and 3D Vision technology and World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria with 3D Vision and DirectX 11 support.

These seem to be, so far, working great for me on a 560ti. Last two betas I've been getting stutters, only solvable by a reset of the computer. Early days but had a blast on skyrim for 90mins without fault.
 
Is there much point upgrading from the 306.02 betas for these?

Only major change I've seen is some tweaks to displayport compatibility. You might want to update to them for the SLI profiles and/or the TXAA tweaks if you happen to play any of the relevant games.
