I was going to get the GeForceGTX 770 Windforce edition, but the shop I was going to get it from took it out from the market (not giving the name). Now I am stuck what graphic card to get something similar to the GTX 770 windforce and max of 230 pounds. Is

any good
 
You should really try and dig out the extra £20 for the gtx970. Its exponentially better than the gtx770 for an extra 20 notes

Not a bad price on that card but I would look to try and future proof a little more and stretch to a 970 at £250. More VRAM, much much faster.

Or consider a 290 from AMD and that is well within budget.

Probably better if we know the rest of your system though, as it could be a waste buying a high end card with a very old CPU.
