ok well i cudnt get the ram to run on a 133 divider for some odd reason the system would hang even when i iputted the ram configuration manually, tho the system boots fine on a 166 divider only thing im concerned about is that because of my cpu overclock the ram is running above stock (200mhz) and is running at 216 is this safe for the ram if i run memtest how long should i test for? thanks for any help

i dont get it

if its at 216mhz and everything is ok, then surely thats the answer to your question? :p

my pc3200 RAM is at 230mhz...just cos its 200mhz at stock doesnt mean you cant overclock it :p

Should be safe enough mate. 216mhz isnt a very high overclock for the ram, ans i think its capable to 230mhz ish. If your computers stable then its ok.

Btw my geil value 2gb ram works fine with timings of 2.5,3,3,6

Also you could use a multiplier lower than 12 as i see thats what your using. Use 11 to lower your fsb speed of your ram if u want, your cpu will be a bit slower tho unless you overclock it a bit.
