Right I Have 2gb of geil value ram.
The sticks work perfectly fine on my dads PC ran memtest for 36 hours and no errors what so ever. When I try the RAM in my PC I get errors in memtest.
Ive tried everything from slacker timings to increased volts. Ive used 4 different BIOS versions yet im still getting errors. Iver tried 1 Stick at a Time still no luck.
In memtest my RAMs only shown as ddr315 instead of ddr 400. I dont know which setting on my motherboard I need to set to get it to run at ddr400.
My motherboard is a DFI Lanparty Ultra-D NF4.
My settings for my memory are :
TCL 3
Tras 8
Trcd 4
Trp 4
Trrd 2
Trc 11
Trfc 14
Trwt 4
Trw 3
Twtr 3

Hi there! Could be a problem with the memory controller on your CPU. However, I'd normally suggest the following as a first step:

Reset CMOS.
Put just one stick in the orange slot furthest from the CPU.
Leave all settings at default.
Increase vDimm to 2.8V.
Run memtest and let us know how it goes :)

If you've definitely done all this already, try increasing the CPU voltage slightly. Still no joy? Try a yellow slot instead of orange. Memtest still going red? Hit something (not your computer), then report back, and we'll play with timings a bit, lol.
