Geil 2x 6400 mhz issue

Hi all - I recently bunged an extra 2x geil 1gb dual channels into my Gigabyte DS3 965P (rev 1) board and for some reason it's reading it as pc 5300 at 333 mhz not 6400 at 400 - any thoughts?

To add cpu-z detects one pair correctly as the 6400, and the other as 5300.

Have you set the memory to the correct frequency/timings/voltage in the BIOS?
