Geil Memory Fault

Hi,

memtest is showing errors on my 2GB Geil memory kit. I bought it at xmas from OcUK. As it comes with a lifetime warranty, do I return to the manufacturer or OcUK. Anyone know the details for the manufacturer in the UK?

IIRC OcUK handle Geil returns themselves.

If you go directly to Geil for the RMA the memory has to be sent to Taiwan. I RMA'd a couple of kits to them recently and it took 3 days via DHL.

I had to return some Geil memory once - I e-mailed them via their website and they arranged OCUK to sort the RMA for me! (apparently dont have too many suppliers in this country!)
