A lot of people seem to be having problems with this memory. However I am not convinced that it is the memory that is at fault.
I updated my bios from v1.2 to v1.4 and the pc refused to post on any setting besides auto (spd) which actually was 533Mhz for some reason. I reflashed the bios to the latest v1.5 and same problem. I then decided to reflash v1.2 and had no problem clocking the fsb from 133 to 166. Memory running at 998Mhz with 4-4-4-12 timings.
