I've got this memory, overclocking just goes to 3 GHZ, @8h orthos stable
the memorydoes't overclock, timmings are 4-4-4-12-5-35, p5b deluxe
voltage 2.3v, could anyone help. Would like to let it run at something like 900 Mhz, or 450fsb*7

Go to 5-5-5-15 @2.1v and it should clock a bit further.

thanks for the advise, but tried already a lot of settings including that one and always same. think about buying pc8500 ram, kingston i had the best experience with. or G.skill. want to see how far i can push this c2d.

I've got this RAM too, was wondering how do you know if your RAM can't cope with the memory overclock? Do you find that out from orthos tests?

Unlink your RAM and set it to 400fsb, wait until you have a stable Mobo and Cpu OC and then just keep upping the RAm speed until it falls over then raise the Voltage a notch and try again.

P5B Deluxe can't use unlinked. Only thing you can do is drop the devider down to the minimum setting
