geil ram vdimm question

Got my geil ram for my system and it says to make sure it's running at a certain voltage. 1.8v if my memory serves me correctly.

However under vdimm in the bios is says LOW MEDIUM HIGH what do these mean? And which one is correct?

I'm having problems at the moment and wonder if it might be caused by RAM so i'm trying to get the bios set up right first.

You might have to press some key combination (like CTRL-F1) to access advanced BIOS features.

The manual should have a list of all the BIOS settings, and their available options.
