Hi guys,

I've been recently experiencing a lot of crashes when gaming.. I think its my Geil memory thats causing the issue. My PC is a couple of years old now and I'm going to upgrade soon, but I was planning on using this PC as a server.

Anyway I was looking on overclockers and they are still listing the ram with "lifetime warranty". So how do I RMA these? The only Geil site I can find seems to be american.

Here's the RAM I'm using..

Thanks in advance,

LJ

p.s. i forgot to mention I'm running a memtest program and it has found 2 errors so far.

You used to have to send them back to Korea. Which isn't nearly as bad as it sounds, although with the RAM now so cheap, and postage so expensive, you may be as well just buying some new stuff.

Well it is still fairly cheap, I can find some same model 2Gb DDR for £60-70 - but its not as cheap as DDR2 which can be had for £35 :(.

I've tried slackening my timings to see if it helps for now, but it'll probably not help if its a hard fault.

Thanks for your input.
