Geil ultra ddr2

I've got 2x1024 geil ultra ddr2 installed on my asus p5k, tried volting them to 2.1v through bios, but SANDRA and CPU-z are only registering 1.8v with a lowly timing of 5 5 5 18 against the 4 4 4 12 they should be at.

is my motherboard/ram knackered?

Use the Memory tab of CPU-Z to get your current speed and timings (you have to double the speed to get the DDR speed ie- If CPU-Z says 400mhz then it's running at 800mhz).

Speedfan and Everest will give you the true current memory voltage.
