I've had a set of 2GB GeIL Value (2 x 1GB) for a while and have been trying some overclocking with it recently.

I wondered if anyone who has this memory and has tried overclocking could tell me what a reasonable figure to aim for would be?

I've taken it up to 220FSB and the memory seems stable so far, but I think I read somewhere that the limit for these is 220-225 FSB so I must be close to the edge already.

What timings are you going for?

2.5-3-3-6 is about right, then with a voltage boost to 2.7-2.8 you should get 220-230 ish. Use a divider to push the CPU speed up and you're there really :)
 
Just left the timings on default (3.0 8-4-4) but increased the voltage to 2.8

Seems stable at 220FSB so far at least :cool:
