Looking for a bunch of appliances at the mo and I've come across a brand called Servis - never heard of them before and reviews are scarce but what is out there seems good.

WASHING MACHINES

I'm deciding between:
Servis W814FGHDW

or
Samsung WF70F5E2W4X ecobubble

or
LG F14U2TDN1

Now on paper... all three are priced the same and it looks like the Servis is superior to both of these in terms of performance, noise and efficiency and size, and actually looks better too but with it being a British brand and the other two being Korean...I'm just a bit worried it won't be as reliable.

Any thoughts?

FRIDGE FREEZERS
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There's a Hisense american fridge freezer on AO for £450 and specs wise seems to compete with the likes of LG and Samsung priced more than double as much. Am I missing something?
Fridge Choices

I'm trying to keep this at below £750 but is this a false economy? Should I be paying top dollar for the best I can get or does it really not matter? the Hisense seems like a bargain but I can't help but think there's a catch

Servis is just a British 'Brand' - ie a name.
It is Turkish make of Arçelick but as that name would be funny here, they bought the rights to the Servis brand from some Italian outfit that originally closed it down.

Thanks for the info but I'm still left wondering if it's any good? Is it so rare no-one on the forum has experience with one?

Wikipedia says they're owned by Vestel, who make a lot of TVs for supermarkets etc under various brands.

I'd go with the Samsung or LG myself.

Turkish appliance companies have a decent record at the cheaper end of the market beco for example are pretty well thought of these days yet 10 years ago everyone was a bit nose in the air if you mentioned them. (Just wait for this forum to slate them)

'Waits for OldCoals to recommend the LG' ;)

BEKO stuff is pretty good and should it go wrong spares are cheap and plentiful.

I have the Samsung one and it is brilliant, no problems with it and good capacity.

hmmm I was looking at that one but apparently it's very loud? At least that seems to be the common complaints on reevoo

Funnily enough the Servis was recommended to me yesterday at an independent retailer and I must say I was very impressed with the quality and looks. It also seems to have the majority of features (and looks) matching the 1k+ samsungs. Looks like a bargain...

I'd be very surprised if the LG was loud. Admittedly mine was a more expensive model than the one you've chosen, but it's virtually silent washing and even on spin it's not really noticeable.

After this LG Washer-Dryer, I'd never buy anything else and I'd consider buying their Fridge/Freezers too.

Just going through the fridge/freezer thing. I'm pretty set on Samsung, but their website is terrible. They have A, G and H range fridges but they don't tell you what the difference is between the ranges, and there's no comparison tool on it either.
