General Delivery Query

The problem is with some of the bulk carriers is that they are franchises. and if the franchise in stoke is really good they great but if the franchise near you is poor then its bad.

Our APC depot is brilliant but a mate down south says his is a waste of time..

I wish my drivers could cover more of the country but alas not at the moment. Well i could but it really wouldnt be cheap.

I was waiting for DHL to turn up just after xmas but they couldnt deliver due to the snow even though the van had been seen round the corner and my drivers had covered over 2000 miles between that day.

Damn couriers hey.

I had a delivery problem (with an OCUK competitor) I paid for next day delivery but no one showed up...then they delivered to the wrong address! It was a fiasco but I made sure to kick up one hell of a stink with them to get my delivery money refunded. Moral of the story is to never take these things laying down.

When I ordered my system of OCUK i made sure to drive from Birmingham to Stoke to pick it up because I didn't trust DPD with the package
