Well I have been running my system for 2 weeks with this setting. I have not run Prime 95 cos it takes way too long but I use the Intel Burn Test to test stability. I have run a number of games and applications and have had no issues.
I would reduce the overclock if you manage to unlock any further cores. The CPU will already require more power and will generate additional heat with the core unlock. Try to unlock the 3rd core and keeps voltages as close to the default as possible whilst keeping it stable. But like I said I have managed to unlock a core and overclock without touching the voltage.
