General Question About The MM

Im assuming the MM is Members market? isan area of the forums for members who get offer deals on various computers parts and other products?, as a new-ish member of the forum i have a question in regard to what are the requirments to get into the MM?
 
1,000 posts, I think, plus a minimum membership duration that I can't remember. I've been a member a looong time and I'm still not there yet!
 
I haven't found anything official about it (if there is something a link would be appreciated!) but I found a few references here and there mentioning a post code of at least 1000 being required.
 
1000 posts and 6 months membership to the forums are the official requirements as of today.

For clarification, the MM is a sub-forum where users buy / sell to eachother and not specific to OCUK deals, altough recently it was used to keep GPU codes away from the public forums. This however is being superceded by other sub-forum with lower requirements (within the GPU section).

Thanks for getting back to me, 1000 posts now thats a lot and you've been a member since 2006 i can say i dont envy your struggle my friend looks really bad

Whats the sub-forum within the GPU section called or do you need to reach like a post requirement too for that?

The Sub forum in the GPU section has appeared and disappeared for some members. It was intended (I think) to be viable to anyone with over 50 posts but I’ve seen a few posts saying forum permissions are not working as intended so they couldn’t be certain who would see it.

as already stated the MM was for buying/selling of used parts. It’s only recently that offers were placed there.

Yeah i wasnt too sure what the MM was for but this thread has helped me to understand that. Thats strange if thats the case i thought i would be able to see the sub forum, guess it aint working properly atm.
