General Question about website design

Not the physical side of it, but i am just putting my design together on paper.

Basically what i have so far is:


1) CSS DIV Layout
2) Colour Schemes
3) Text classes

Would there be any point in mentioning graphical imagry?

What else could i include in my design plan
