General question regarding Raid 0

Is it possible for me to configure a raid on my 2 standard HDD without having to reinstall windows? Windows is installed on my SSD so I won't be touching that but I am not sure if its even possible first?

Stupid question I know, but I just want to be sure before attempting it.

Do these drives have data on them? If so, you'll need to back it up first. And RAID 0 is a terrible idea for anything other than transient files. RAID 1 is infinitely preferable in almost any other situation. RAID 0 approximately doubles the chance of failure with two drives.

Creating a Raid 0 will erase all data on both drives.
