Hey guys I have a few questions about my computer, and I kind of want to know whats the limiting piece of hardware on my computer.

I have taken a screenshot of HWmonitor and have a few questions about it -
HWmoniter.jpg

1. What at the remperatures of, given in the first box? As they are higher than the processor temps.

2. Whats this crazy fan value for FANIN2???

3. Fans not moving for FANPWM(0+1)?

4. Should I worry that these temps for my graphics card are higher than the processor? The fan is facing the bottom of the case which probably heats it up a lot.

5. Can my power supply limit my PC? As I have bought a new graphics card and stuff, but kept the stock PSU (350W), should I get a higher wattage PSU?

6. Could my HDD be limiting performance?

Also if anyone could give me tips/help on OCing my processor/graphics card that would be very helpful ;)

Specs;
AMD Phenom X4 9550 2.2Ghz
4GB Hyundai Electronics PC2-5300 (333 MHz) RAM
Acer RS780HVF Mobo
1GB ATI Radeon HD 5750
625GB Western Digital HDD

Any help is appreciated :)

1. first temperatures look like individual core temps to me. could be wrong

2. that is one amazing fan you got :p
not sure what it is, probably just something HWmonitor doesnt recognise

3. as above, or maybe theres no fan plugged in to the relevant slots

4. graphics card temps are fine. graphics cards can easily get to 80C+ if your really pushing them

5. power supply is really important for a PC. what make/model 350W PSU is it?
if its a no name PSU (video isnt your PSU), i would get a decent 400W or higher PSU for that card. something like this would be good if your PSU is not up to the job: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-042-BQ&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1083
if its a decent PSU, then you should be fine with that card, but not a lot more

6. the only thing your HDD will limit is loading times

video is a no name PSU trying to draw the power it is rated for

i dont recognise the PSU personally, but it might just be me not knowing about it.

personally i would get a new PSU. not only will it allow for more upgrades in the future, but it will save on the leccy bill because it will draw less power from the wall to get the same power in the PC. also, it has a decont number of safety features that mean when it dies, it wont kill the rest of the computer with it

the bequiet 530W will be great, and its only £43

your HDD is fine as it is.

+1 for replacing the PSU - Just had a quick skim of the review from the link on the vid review you posted.

"The manufacturer clearly plays with the fact that someone buying this power supply probably won’t pull near half of its labeled capacity"

They tested the 550W version though, but I'd assume the manufacturer isn't reliable.

Edit

And now I read further - I cant find anything about the second mentioned PSU.
Still I'd play safe and make sure you have a quality PSU anyway

that's not the PSU he has. i just posted a video of a generic budget PSU to show Daphatboy why a good quality PSU is a good idea

*edit*
