general questions on my build

So i have a new build and wanted to ask some questions on it

1) my cpu temp is 50 degrees at idle (i5 750) is this the norm (stock heatsink will upgrade soonish)

2) my xfx 5770 is running at 50 degrees at idle, again is this the norm?

3)lastly i have the p7p55d-e mobo, to turn off usb3.0 and sata 6 how do i do it...manual does not give clear directions heres what i think i should do sata 6 ports are labelled 5 and 6 on mobo should i just disable these and disable usb 3.0 controller

1) Bit warm for idle at stock speeds, what's your ambient temp?

2) Seems fine.

3) Do you really need to turn them off?

around 28 degrees, yes please

arnt the sata and usb3.0 ports should be a different colour? just dont use them?

Overclocked 5770 and which design? My ref design xfx sits 38-40 stock clocks and around 50 overclocked.

its not overclocked and its the design similar to the original ati card

Yep thats the same as mine what load temps do you get and whats your airflow like?
