Sorry I have had so many questions lately. Also I could not find a more pertinent section for this one!

Just about to RMA a PSU to Corsair, have an RMA number set.

normally would i send just the faulty PSU unit or everything boxed as new including cables? (i have asked corsair this and await a response)

Secondly I have never posted anything bigger than a birthday card with a badge on it!
I'm pretty sure i can walk in to the post office and do a recorded delivery with tracking number and also insure the package but i don't recall them selling big boxes to mail stuff in where would i get one? and where would i get 'padding'

secondly is their a better alternative to the post office? I don't have a car and post office is very close.

Sorry if these questions are somewhat dull.

PS seems i am sending it to the netherlands

How long have you had it?
Within 12months you should be returning to where you purchased it.
Be prepared for a large postal charge, boxes can be gotten at PO (albeit expensively), I normally buy my bubble wrap in £land :p

it's 2 years old ocuk webbie suggested 30 days return to them after that its back to manufacturer. It is well over 1 year at any rate. Yeah gunna cost me a bomb i reckon, still cheaper than buying a new PSU which is about £130 for a direct replacement. The amount of bubble wrap i throw away when i order things, would never think to keep any!

i sent my gfx card back to them which then went to gainward the same day

it cost me 9.50 to mail my card via royal mail special delivery and it is comin back today replaced, quite happy with the speed they sent it back to me :D

Cool, that don't sound too bad.

Corsair have not back to RMA email yet only problem is i am hoping to send it tomorrow as Saturdays are my only days off.

So i still don't know if i can send just the PSU unit or if i have to send everything boxed as new including cables e.t.c. anyone know?
