General Upgrade/System Questions

My computer has been seemingly slower and less responsive lately in general, so I'm thinking of upgrading it slightly, but I have a couple of questions. First my spec:

Q6600 OC/ed at 3.4Ghz
2GB PC2-8500 OC/ed (Crucial Ballistix Tracer)
512MB 8800GTX
Vista 32bit Home Premium
Abit IP35 Motherboard
Razer Barracuda AC-1 Soundcard
500GB HDD (WD I think)
24" OcUK monitor, with a Viewsonic 19" as a second monitor.
and I think a 650W PSU, im not sure and can't remember what it came with.

My first choice is to get another set of 2GB Crucial Ballistix Tracer, but since my PS/2 keyboard doesnt seem to work and I cant use my usb keyboard, going into the bios to make sure the timings and OC are right is not possible. Does anybody have any suggestions to fix this?

I've been playing windowed games on my 24" with a movie on on my 19", but I've recently started having my computer lockup with looping sound which I discovered was my 8800GTX overheating after I cranked up the fan speed to 100%. Is it worth getting another graphics card to counteract this, or is there a way to improve my 8800GTX's performance some other way, because other than heating issues, it's served me well, and I dont play as many hardcore, graphically intense pc games anymore.

Would it be worth upgrading my motherboard to a crossfire/SLI motherboard, bearing in mind I have no experience upgrading a computer, or putting one together, so I'm slightly afraid of any mistakes I might do with this, especially regarding the CPU (Stuff like memory + Soundcard is fine).

When I decide to upgrade to 4GB, will 32Bit Vista be fine, or should I get and install 64Bit aswell as the extra memory?

If I wanted to replace the 19" monitor with a second 24", would I need a graphics card upgrade or would the 8800GTX be able to handle a fullscreen windowed game with a fullscreen movie/internet browsing on the other? (Thinking mostly wow here, with which I do this a lot).

Would upgrading my HDD be worth it, or is it too much effort to swap it out, replace it with another and sort possible raid out for the boost in performance?

Is the PSU the possible problem child in my system? I have no idea what wattage it is, and many of the problems I've been having can potentially be attributed to a faulty/low PSU.

Sorry for the large post, I hope somebody can help me. Thanks in advance!

My PC is the Ultima OC 8800GTX from OCuk so Im assuming its the same PSU they use for the majority of them, but I bought this january this year so it might have changed. The PSU itself has no brand name on it, so I've still got no idea, sorry.

Budget is around £500 but thats max and itself on the high side. Suppose I could sell some of the components I replace if I do.

Get a 4870, 2gb extra ram and vista 64 bit, should cost around £340 for the lot.

You could easliy sell the 8800gtx, maybe get around £80 for that.
