General web usage build suggestions

So after upgrading my own PC, I have a spare X2 4400, 1Gb DDR ram, mobo.

Our home PC has been down for some time ( been using laptops in the meantime) and I was thinking of using these parts to upgrade this home pc.

On top of the cpu and ram, there is already an 80Gb HDD and an Antec Sonata 2 case. So it just needs a new optical drive (DVD writer pref), PSU and graphics card.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. It's main use is surfing the web and general work, nothing heavy at all. The lower the price the better, but quality parts prefered.

Does the motherboard have an AGP or PCI graphics slot?

PCI-E, I used to use it on my main build with the X2.

Get a Radeon 3450, passive and quite. 400W PSU (Tagan or corsair, could get a cheaper brand) and a Pioneer DVD-RW, sorted.

Is 400W a minimum or will 350W do?

350W will probably do, just make sure it is a good brand mate.
