Generally good smaller broadband providers?

In particular customer service and reliability rather than speed. I know Zen and Eclipse used to be good. Any general names of smaller providers anyone can share? Thanks!

I've just switched to Xilo and they seem very good so far. I think they are the top rated on ispreview.co.uk.

Fast.co.uk were very good when I contacted them via telephone, but that was several years ago. No longer with them because price for capacity ratio.

another vote for Aquiss. they've been great for me for years with a number of connections. not the cheapest but you get what you pay for
