Generic Host process for Win32 Services

I keep getting this error. It happens at random times. When it happens, I lose connection to the internet, and I can't reconnect until I reboot.

Does anyone know what the problem is? Here is a screenshot:

Is this XP? SP2? What antivirus/firewall are you using?

Yes, windows XP, and yes SP2.

I was using AVG, but I've just uninstalled it, and about to install Avira Anti Vir.

I am using the nVidia firewall that comes with most motherboard drivers.

If you didn't get the hint, get rid of the nVidia firewall.

Even if it doesn't solve this problem you won't get laughed at on OcUK.
