Fogstar. They supply 18650s for vaping so they are good, high-current items. Get either a Samsung 30Q or a Molicell P30B.
I've bought loads of 18650s and 21700s from them and they are always genuine items and come well packaged in a protective case.

Be aware there are several different variations of 18650 - protected and unprotected, some have a positive terminal which sticks out a bit more - others are flat top, so slight differences in dimension which make the difference in whether they fit a device or not, protected ones are usually better to use but not everything can fit them. Then you get some modified ones with charging rings, etc. etc.

They do. What torch do you have? The one I have came with a button top but works fine with a flat top.
