They look like dud chips encased in plastic/resin... if so I may buy a keyring

i'll take that as a yes judging by the thermal paste..? are they old chips..? like... FX4's and... maybe slightly newer ones like 5200's etc?

I ordered a KFA2 670 OC on Saturday and didn't get a key ring

I would buy it, but postage is 14 pounds. NO WAY
