Get ** LCD ms?

Hi all
I would like to know if there is any way for me to get my LCD ms in case that I don't know its model
here's a picture of my LCD (It's an old screen, about 3 years old).

I don't understand how you get the MS response time from that program lol , anyone know?

and yeah I know ;P my screen is ugly, but I am getting a new one soon though
