Indeed, apparently it has fps problems but random so it might work you fine or might not then somebody else reported that the game runs in slow motion cause of no vsync. Also it is supposed to have native controller support but someone had to use xpadder to bind the keyboard keys to his controller.
This is taken from another forum I browse, don't really want to bother buying it to find out so I'm taking their word for it
Port is fine for me so far. 1920x1080, 8xMSAA and a constant, smooth 30 fps.
If it's running at low framerate (making it slow motion) the first time you run it, you need to reboot. Odd I know, but it worked for those of us that experienced the problem.
Was listening to the rebel fm podcast the other other day who said it doesn't really hold up these days. tbh I can see that, the visuals were the main hook point and I can imagine that the gameplay unchanged would really feel dated too.
PC version is working great from what I can see. Had no issues so far.
Plays just like the Dreamcast original, smooth 30fps, and no frame hitching, which seems to be a major problem on the 360 and is the version where you may hear many issues coming from.
Nice to see that in the Bonus menu, there are some of Hideki Naganuma's tracks from Jet Set Radio Future as well. "Fly Like A Butterfly" is my most favourite one.
Be nice if Sega will re-release the sequel game too if they tease us with the addition of those tracks.
Options for graphics and resolution stuff are an improvement over the Dreamcast Collection games also, since that one was stuck at 1280x720 with not much else.
