Gettin Up: Contents Under Pressure - Remap Controls?

Hi

Ive just found Getting Up on my HDD that I forgot I had. I played this game quite a lot, but it got stupidly hard the further you went though as it has poorly ported PC controls for a game that was obviously designed for consoles, and no way that I could see to change them.

Does anyone know of any way I could remap the controls to work with my 360 pad? As Id very much like to complete this game, I found it really enjoyable.
