How do you change the intergrated graphics RAM usage from 128 to 256 on a laptop? (256 is the max on this perticular machine)

I couldnt find anything in BIOS, is it done automatically when the computer RAM is increase, its 1gig at the moment.

The laptop is a Toshiba Satalite if that helps.

EDIT This is what the spec is.

Video
Graphics Processor / Vendor: ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 HyperMemory up to 256MB - PCI Express x16

Video Memory: DDR SDRAM - 128 MB

Max Allocated RAM Size: 128 MB

I'm pretty sure it automatically increases once you upgrade your RAM to 2gb, I'm almost sure this was the case with my old laptop with an Intel GMA 950 chip, I'd imagine the ATI chip operates in a similar way.

As far as I'm aware with laptops there is no option to change the shared video memory usage in the BIOS, however if you add more RAM it should adjust the video memory usage accordingly. With 2gb of RAM it should use the full 256mb.
