I've a bugdet of about 106 GBP to get a card, including shipping to Ireland.

Shipping was £11.15 for a HIS 5770. I doubt that would vary too much for a card.

So, for £94.85, what would you get.

EDIT: CPU in sig is running at 3.4ghz so I don't think that will be too much of a bottleneck. RAM could be though.

theres a 9800gtx going for £60, would i be better off with that? Can't see myself getting a new cpu anytime soon.

I think I'll just get the Sapphire Technology 5830 for £100 with the MW2 game (Might be able to sell it :P)

I got my HD5770 from the member market here for £65... very good for the price :).

Just as an example, Crysis on this card runs @ 1920x1080 all settings to high. Very nice card for the second hand value!

I would get your post count to 250 and activate the members market and buy a second hand 5850 with warranty left.
Can be had for around £100 seeing as a GTX 470 MSI just went for £135 should drive prices down even more.

I had already ordered the 5830 after it was recommended. It's so official, it's already in my sig.... :D

I am glad I was able to recommend you something that you ended up buying

EDIT: You might also want to get yourself the cheapest quad phenom you can afford or maybe even a quad athlon
