Getting a black screen

I just Built my PC a month ago i7 10700k and the computer froze a little bit and then when I tried to reboot it’s just black screen now? How do I meant it

Gonna need more information than that such as GPU and PSU, what OS, does it POST at all, have you tried to run something like Memtest?

I took my PC apart and rebuilt it outside a case. It seemed it was one of my hdd's was corrupt. I built the pc again bit by bit to rule out which part it was and at first I thought it was my GPU, but everything worked great, but every time I put one of my hdd's in it wouldn't boot. black screen. I took it out it worked. Now to save whats on there.
