getting a higher fsb

i think that i overclocked my computer to a point where the fsb is limiting me, so far it reaches 450mhz fsb with 1.45v in NB and fsb still at defualt, should i raise fsb voltage or north bridge voltage to get a higher fsb?

what m/board, cpu, ram, and what speed the ram is running at.

what multiplier are you trying to get past 450fsb with.
