Getting a MAC code out of AOL

Hi guys,

got fed up with the service today so i decided to ring them and get a mac code so i can transfer to Be There cause my line supports 14mb ADSL 2+ was hoping to get it all done today but they told me it would be 5 days to get the code is this true?

3 Days and still no MAC, they told me it would be emailed to my original account,

spoke to the monkeys at aol to request another and the guy gave me one there and then, so the other guy obv didnt process it , meh hopefully Be there will be better at 14x the speed im getting at the moment
