getting a monitor enchange...

My viewsonic vx2739wm has become faulty and have been offered an exchange but it is a different model the vx2835wm.

The monitor is a 28 inch and the resolution is higher at 1920x1200 rather than 1920x1080 and the response time is a little slower than what I had also the design is different.

I have accepted the exchange as they were taking forever do you think this monitor is better than what I had or shall I wait until they have the original one in stock?

i got the new monitor and it dosn't even power up.

The design of it is really ugly and it got suck a thick bexel makes it look massive i am not impressed at all.

I am going to give Viewsonic a call in the morning and get my orignal model back
