getting a new power supply

I am thinking of getting a new power supply. In one of my puters Intel quad Q9450 @2.66GHz Nvidea 9600 with passive cooling. This uses - whilst writing this - 122watts and never goes over 165W it has a power supply rated at 350W. Any recomendations for an upgrade. To me it appears ridiculous to have all these huge 1000w power supplies - though some of them look mighty impressive! Any recommendations Naturally cheap is nice but with all the latest connectors
