Getting a refund

Hey guys,

Just a little question, basically long story short I thought I would take a punt at buying these nike shoes from a website because they were so cheap but obviously there was a reason for that, they arrived a few days ago and yes they are fake and it sais on their website products can be returned within 30 days, and now that I would like to return them they are not responding to my emails, is there anything I can do? Make a complaint against the website or something? And yes they are from China :D
 
They have finally replied and they said that they will pay me 50% of what I paid for them and that I don't have to return them, but they are saying that I need to pay the other 50% ?? That doesn't make sense?
 
What would happen if I ring my bank for a chatgeback and they give me the money and then a few days later the company also put the money in my account?
