Getting a Replacment Iphone

Well after a lot of arguing with o2 about my phone sending messages (getting charged) but then them not being delivered they are blaming the iphone (changed sim card, still doesnt work, tried using a different phone and seems to work)

so my question is..... i have the 3G 16 GB iphone in white, which as far as i am aware they no longer make / sell.

when i pop into the apple store and tell them what o2 want me to do, what replacement are they going to offer me? i cant have the 8gb i use to much of the memory and i cant see them giving me a 3gs 16gb for nothing.

any ideas??

I would imagine you'll get given a refurb. There are still plenty of iPhone 3G models about still.

i dont mind as long as its the same condition as mine (mint) as its been in a case since the word go!

by the way.... was it you that was trying to get the replacement back for the neo case?? how did you get on, i need a replacement centre bit

It was the centre i-frame I needed after mine broke, I emailed them with a picture of the damage and they sent me a replacement FoC. I did buy mine direct from SwitchEasy Europe so you might not be so lucky if you bought from a third party.
