Getting a Wii! Questions!

Hi there,

Since everyone is going on about Wii's, I guess I will have to get one and see what all the fuss is about. The PS3 can cool down for a few weeks :p

What tv cable comes standard with the console? Its going to be used along with a 40" Toshisba LCD. I will be buying a console package with Wii Sports and Tiger Woods 09 for now so I can get used to it.

Does the normal console / Wii Sports package come with only 1 remote? I guess I might aswell buy 1 more whilst Im at it.

The Mario Kart game can be bought with a Wheel by the looks of things, are these the offical Nintendo wheels?

Composite as standard, so you will want a Component cable to give you 480P.

If you like football, highly recommend Pro Evo 2008, great game :)

Huge fan of football. Ive heard that Pro Evo 08 is very hard though on the Wii :p
 
Just a quick question, what does the orange light on the console mean when you click the standy-by button on the controller?

Is it on stand-by just like if you were to turn off the console manually?

Red Light means its off, Orange is Standby which means the console is still partially on. Just means its still connected to Wiiconnect24 which if you get any mail will flash blue.
