Don't tempt me - really want to gt a 2nd now :(

One in the lounge as a general fun game centre (sports games, racing - good multiplayer) and one in my bedroom for the late night games of Burnout/PGR that turns into a swearfest on the mics as I get cut up again :D

HMV seem to be doing some good deals just now, i walked past the window of there and they are throwing in a few games with the PGR bundle, great value.
Get the Premium, there is no point in the core by the time you add on a memory card and a HD cable (VGA or component) you are almost talking premium money. and the premium you get the HDD and wireless controller. Wireless is great if you have pets or kids or a GF or frustration when playing :p

See if you can find one of the old xbox live starter kits with like Halo 2 or PGR2, places have them in bargain bins a lot of the time, you will use live when you get it. Sometimes you get bored playing the single player and just go on for a wee multiplayer game then back to single player. Just wouldnt pay full whack for it though as it can be got cheap.

Gamestation were doing the PGR + Extra wireless bundle + any game of your choice for £315/320 I think. It wasn't advertised anywhere in shop, it was just when I asked what the best Premium bundle was.

Edit: Reads more of thread and sees the correct deal. :D

I took mine up to £450 with some essential purchases, good buy student loan...

Sorry to drag this one back up, but:

Went into town to get my 360 yesterday but alas Gamestation were out of stock, though the bloke did say they might be getting more in tomorrow (that is today). Just gave tham a bell and still no 360s, and they have no idea when more will appear.

Sooo, the question is; any other decent 360 deals around that people have spied? :)

I guess you'll be able to specify another audio input in the menu options for component, but if not, you can get a "phono to 3.5mm" connection, which I guess you mean 3.5mm anyway, but even so, you can then get a 3.5mm to 2mm if needed.

Cheers, it was the phono to 3.5 I needed, i'm all sorted and loving the 360 so far :D

Yeah Ive been looking at buying a core for downstairs, I figure I may as well buy that pack, sell the two games and 2 controllers and then keep the HDD. Would get a core and HDD for around 220-230 then.
