Getting another 8GB RAM

At the moment I have 2 X 4GB RAM sticks. If I want to get another 8GB RAM does the RAM have to EXACTLY the same as my current sticks? Or can I just get any

It doesn't have to be the exact same make & model, no...

But it's probably a good idea to get it in the same frequency/timings/general spec.
So if you have 8GB dual channel DDR3 at 1866MHz, then I'd suggest getting the same again.

Right now I have 2 X 4GB DDR3 1600MHz. So I should look for another 2 X 4GB DDR3 1600MHz yeah?

So I got another 2 X 4GB. 1600Mhz.

In CPU-z, one pair is running at 1600MHz and the other pair is running at 1333Mhz. In my bios I can only turn XMP profile on for one pair of the RAM, how can I get both running at 1600MHz

Not possible , RAM Would always default all dimms to lowest common denominatior under default or XMP. theyre either all running at default 1333 with specified timings or there running under XMP profile @ 1600mhz and specified timings..
