Getting armed assault to work

I load the exe file and it runs then just sits in the background not doing anything. My cpu load goes up so something must be happening but nothing does

I have this problem consistently with any Brothers in Arms games. I got round it by copying the entire contents of the CD to a folder and loading from there.

You still need the CD in the drive to run the game though.

See if it works.

Hi you are better off downloading it. It works better!
And use v.8 of the english language patcher.

I did. german version so already 1.01, ran the patcher aswell. It still just loads then sits in the background doing nothing
