I have a 4x3 aspect ratio screen that I need to turn into a 16x9 screen with black bars top and bottom. It's running on a Asus AT3GC-I m-itx motherboard with an Intel GMA 950 integrated GFX solution running Windows 7. Is there a useful programme out there that does this?
